Everything you need to know

  • Yes. Mindful Movement is designed with beginners in mind, and all classes include modifications so you can move at your own pace. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to join.

  • Just yourself, a yoga mat if you have one, and some water. If you don’t own a mat yet, let me know - I can provide one for you. Comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move is best.

  • That’s completely fine. I’ll always offer adjustments or props to support you. Yoga isn’t about forcing your body - it’s about meeting yourself where you are.

  • I keep classes small so I can give everyone personal attention and guidance. This way, you’ll feel supported and confident whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

  • Each session blends movement, breathwork, and meditation, so you leave feeling not just stronger in your body, but calmer in your mind too. It’s a full reset for busy women who need that one hour in the week just for themselves.

  • Drop-in classes are £12. You can also purchase a Self-Care Package of 6 classes for £60 (the price of 5), which can be used for any Yoga Sansaar sessions.
