My name is Nina
I have been working with clients from all walks of life since 2016.
My mission is to make Ayurveda more accessible and sustainable in helping women achieve optimum health. Through my own lived experience and cultivating a lifestyle that felt right for my constitution. I understood using this ancient wisdom in a simple way is how the body navigates its way through life.

Ayurveda is a lifestyle, it is how we rest, eat, live, move and love.
My integrative approach of looking at the person as a whole and understanding their root causes of the symptoms. By identifying imbalances within elements we all carry I can work on restoring vitality and joy back into
your life. The rituals and wisdom are not just self-care they are a preventative medicine.
