Meet Nina

I know what it feels like

to keep pushing through long days

- juggling deadlines, family, and expectations while ignoring the quiet signs your body is sending you.

For years I did the same in my corporate career, running on stress and caffeine

Until exhaustion, anxiety, and sleepless nights finally caught up with me

But my journey with imbalance began much earlier, when I lost my dad suddenly at 21.

From that moment, fear and anxiety became constant companions. I kept going - on the outside, I was managing, but I was running on empty.

That’s when I realised something had to change.

why Ayurveda ?

I grew up in a home where Ayurveda was part of daily life

Our first stop before seeing a doctor was always the Ayurvedic practitioner.

So when I began feeling out of sync, it felt natural to return to those roots.

Ayurveda offers a different approach. It recognises that every body is unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, it helps you understand your natural rhythm and what balance looks like for you.

So many women I work with have tried it all

- the diets, the apps, the wellness plans that promise results but never last.

They’re left feeling frustrated, stuck, and wondering why nothing seems to work long term.

And that’s where I come in - helping you build your own sustainable plan based on your unique mind-body type (known in Ayurveda as your dosha) so you can make choices that truly support your energy, health, and everyday life.

“Harmony is eating and resting, sleeping and waking: balance in all you do.

This is the path to peace.”

- Bhagvad Gita

Are you feeling stuck in burnout

even after trying all the wellness fixes?

You don’t need another plan to follow - what you need is a way back to balance that's sustainable for you.

Through Ayurveda, I’ll help you restore your energy and create simple habits you can finally stick to.
