  • Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of holistic health from India. It focuses on restoring balance in the body and mind through simple lifestyle, nutrition, and self-care practices. It’s not about rules or restrictions, it’s about learning what works best for you.

  • In Ayurveda, a Dosha is your unique mind-body type. Think of it as the blueprint of how your body and mind naturally work. There are three main doshas - Vata (air/space), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth/water) and everyone has their own combination.

    When your doshas are balanced, you feel energised, clear, and well. When they’re out of balance, you might notice things like poor sleep, low energy, digestion issues, or anxiety. In your consultation, we’ll identify your dosha and create simple, practical steps to bring it back into balance.

  • Not at all. We’ll explore your unique mind-body type together during your consultation. You don’t need any prior knowledge of Ayurveda to benefit - I’ll guide you through everything step by step.

  • We’ll spend 60 minutes together (via Zoom) talking about your health, daily habits, stress triggers, and goals. From there, I’ll create a personalised lifestyle and nutrition plan with simple, sustainable changes you can start right away. You’ll also get a follow-up call to review your progress.

  • No - Ayurveda is not about diets or deprivation. It’s about learning which foods, routines, and practices support your unique body and mind so you can feel energised, calmer, and more like yourself again.

  • Clients often come to me with sleep problems, low energy, stress and anxiety, digestion issues, skin conditions, menopause symptoms, or just feeling “not themselves.” Ayurveda helps address the root causes, not just the symptoms.

  • Unlike one-size-fits-all approaches, Ayurveda is personalised to you. Together, we’ll create a plan that works with your lifestyle, not against it so the changes are simple, sustainable, and lasting.

  • The consultation is £125.
