My name is Nina

I help busy women bring balance back into their lives through small, sustainable changes rooted in Ayurveda.

My approach is simple - no overwhelm, no all-or-nothing plans, just practical steps that fit real life.

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I turned to Ayurveda not as a quick fix, but as a way of living. Gentle shifts in my daily routine brought me more balance, deeper rest, and renewed vitality.

Now, I guide other women to do the same - to reconnect with themselves, feel nourished, and build habits that truly last.

Just as some plants need shade and others flourish in sunlight, each of us has our own nature and needs. Ayurveda helps you understand yours, so you can grow in the environment that supports you best.
